At the Urban Aviators Society, we connect youth to life-changing aviation and STEAM opportunities through hands-on learning, mentorship, and real-world industry exposure. Each program is designed to open doors, build confidence, and prepare young people for high-demand careers in aviation and technology.

Aviation Futures

An introduction to the world of aviation. Youth experience discovery flights, airport tours, and behind-the-scenes access to aviation careers.

Wings of Tomorrow

A pathway to flight training. Students receive access to flight instruction, mentorship, and financial support to begin their journey toward becoming licensed pilots.

AeroSTEAM

Aviation-powered STEM education. More than 200 youth have explored engineering, science, and innovation through hands-on aviation and STEM workshops.

Droneworks Workforce Development

Hands-on drone training and certification. Participants gain practical drone skills, FAA Part 107 preparation, and workforce-ready experience for high-growth tech careers.
